Pre-Arrival

  1. Confirm your appointment via text or email
  2. You will receive an email with instructions to call your Nurse in a reserved time window to answer any questions and review additional pre-surgical information with a corresponding link to complete the Grooming Consent Form the day PRIOR to your pet’s appointment.

Upon Arrival:

  1. Park and stay in your vehicle
  2. Please text : info@cypressfairhavenvet.com
  3. Include your name First and Last and your pet’s name,  reason for visit, Car Make/Color

When a staff member is available:

  1. You will receive a text that your room is ready.
  2. Please escort your pet to the door and wait for a Team member to retrieve your pet
  3. Please verify the information on the Identification Collar is correct.This should be immediately placed on your pet or temporarily on your cat carrier.
  4. Your pet will be escorted to the treatment room where a Nurse will review your submitted form, get your pet’s vitals and temperature if any treatments are required/requested.
  5. Grooms are performed in an order to maintain efficiency and care..Please notify us immediately if you have any time restrictions/expectations.

When Grooms are complete:

  1.  The Groomer will call you to give you an update
  2. We will schedule a designated pickup time, typically between 1:00pm-6:30pm (12-5 on Saturday)
  3. The Groomer will review your invoice charges and balance due and ensure you have everything you need before you get home
  4. You’ll receive an e-Payment request via text message, please submit payment BEFORE arriving for pick-up. Call 281-256-8085 if you need further explanation of charges.
  5. Upon receipt of Payment your bill will be closed out and Invoice Emailed to you

Arrive for your Pet’s Scheduled Pick-Up Time

  1. Park and stay in your vehicle
  2. Please text : info@cypressfairhavenvet.com
  3. Include your name First and Last and your pet’s name,Picking up from Grooming-Paid,
  4. You will receive a text to approach the door, and wait
  5. A team member will be out as soon as possible with your pet.
